« Proximity to the train station is quite nice and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this hotel because the room itself was not well maintained. There was black mould growing in the shower because it wasn’t properly sealed. I also couldn’t find a pillow that was very comfortable. « Hôtel tout à fait correct situé près de la gare, dans un quartier calme avec un bon pub et un bon café à proximité. J'ai pu visiter la ville à pied sans problème. Seul bémol : l'oreiller pas terrible, car tout plat. »

« Meeting up with friends in Norwich. Easy walking distance about 15 minutes. Only ate breakfast which was very good and a great selection. Very helpful staff, parking available but unfortunately you have to pay for parking. Would recommend staying. »

« I cannot leave more than 2 stars because there is no on-site coin laundry machine, and none in walking distance. Staff was excellent; my room didn't have a mini-fridge, but they were willing to let me put food into their private one in staff break room. « The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central »

« Charming hotel but there was no heating in the bathroom which was very cold (10 C). You can feel the freezing cold through the windows and walls. »

« The property was clean. The staff were really helpful. The property is only about 10mins walk from Norwich city centre. We liked the room and appreciated that we could make our own meals if we wanted to. The room even had a washing machine. The only issue was there were less parking spaces than rooms which meant we were reluctant to drive anywhere once we had checked in as we may not have been able to park when we returned to the property. »
