Hôtels près du Parc Tropicana à Hô-Chi-Minh-Ville

« The property itself is very spacious and clean, with the exception of malfunctioning sliding doors to the backyard/pool area, which leads to the gate to the community area in the back. This would have been extremely unsafe if the area was busy. However, due to COVID, all constructions were halted, possibly for years, and the whole area looked deserted. The 2 restaurants on-site are closed. So are the retails/restaurants along the main street outside of the resort, made it very inconvenient when...

« Nicer hotels that provide do not disturb signs on rooms, beach was not to desired. Nicer hotels in ho tram. For more access to leisure expats should book hotels in district 1. »

« The overall place is beautiful and well managed and taken care off. Beautiful surroundings. There is nonetheless a few basic elements which are not up to standards for a 4 stars boutique resort: - the trash bin of my bungalow hasn't emptied when I check-in, which should be the Frist thing to be taken care of when cleaning a room. - there was a lot of dust on the top of the bed head. « Magnifique hôtel, grandiose. Des jardins luxuriants et très bien entretenus, cascades, bassins de poissons… Un potager immense avec des serres qu’une employée nous a fait visiter très gentiment. Le personnel est très serviable et fait tout pour nous satisfaire. Les chambres sont spacieuses et bien agencées. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour »

« Hồ bơi sạch và to. Nhà rộng, thoáng, mát. Chủ nhà dễ thương »

« Staffs and services are good, but the room has mosquitoes. The AC hasn't cooled enough »

« Cottage Hồ Tràm thì quá đỉnh rùi, ko cần phải nói nhiều. Nhìn cách bày trí là chắc chắn sẽ có nhiều lần quay lại đây ở tiếp, được thêm cái nhân viên dễ thương nữa nên mình ưng lắm »

« Love the view here »

« My best friend and I came here to stay for 2 days, they never cleaned the room, when we went to the bathroom there were still used condoms that hadn't been thrown away. When we announced check-out, they asked us to pay because we hadn't paid in full. After I opened the app to show them, they apologized. The trip back to my hometown with my best friend was terrible because I chose the wrong motel. »

« Personnel tres souriant et efficace »
