« Simply stunning. This was our favourite place to stay during our three weeks in Japan. We stayed in some incredible accommodation but Petals, by far, was the best. We loved the location, coming back to a serene area on the waterfront, away from the bustle of central Tokyo, but conveniently close to public transport; the JR Yamanote line and monorail to and from Haneda airport. The staff are lovely and helpful - shout out to Tomoko and the rest of the team. They organised for me a birthday cake...

« We spent one night at this place and were very happy with the warm welcome of the host, who also ordered for us à taxi to the airport for the next day. The room itself was enough for the five of us to sleep on the tatamis, and the bathroom and toilets were very close. This is great value for money! »

« Suite arrivée petit soucis de voisin bruyant, l’équipe a été compréhensive et réactive, j’ai pu être rapidement reloger dans une autre chambre, à partir de là tout était parfait. les chambres sont tout équipées et l’accès direct à la gare depuis la réception ainsi qu’un étage entier de restaurant fait que la fin de mon séjour au Japon était parfaite. les autres hôtels devraient prendre exemple sur vous, merci beaucoup……. »

Hôtel à recommander si vous chercher du confort tout en ayant un accès facile aux différents quartier. Très bon rapport qualité prix. »

« Réservation de dernière minute, nous avons été agréablement surpris par la taille de l'appartement mais déçus à l'utilisation : le lit superposé faisait beaucoup trop de bruit, des craquements au moindre mouvement, j'ai du finir la nuit sur le canapé pour laisser mon lit à mon fils... Donc vraiment très bien pour 2 mais pas réellement utilisable à 4, sauf si les dormeurs ne bougent pas. Et il n'y avait pas assez de couverts pour 4. Le check in en autonomie m'a semblé bien long pourtant nous...
