« We had a wonderful stay at Fukiya. The property is beautiful - a classic upscale Japanese Ryokan. The service was over the top. The entire staff was wonderful and gave us care beyond any experience we have had anywhere else, and the food and baths were wonderful. We highly recommend it. »

« 今回は2泊しました。 チェックインからチェックアウトまでスタッフ皆様に丁寧な対応をしていただきました。 温泉もいいお湯で景色も素晴らしかったです。朝はお部屋で水平線から朝日が昇るのを見ることができました。 お食事も大満足の内容でした。今回は予約したのが遅く、朝食は付けられなかったのですが、次回は早めに予約して朝食もいただきたいです。 ラウンジのフリーのコーヒー、お菓子も美味しくて寛げました。 部屋も非常に綺麗で、アメニティも充実していて素晴らしかったです。 次回はもう少し荷物を少なくして行きます！ 今回はジムも利用しました。シューズもタオルもあり至れり尽くせりでした。 また絶対に伺います。ありがとうございました！ »

« The hotel was amazing! We had a private onsen room, which was very relaxing before having beautiful 5 course dinners in the hotel restaurant. The staff were so kind and friendly to us. We don’t speak Japanese but we were made to feel very welcome. »

« Wonderful Stay in Hakone! The property is in a super convenient location, just a short walk to Hakone Yumoto shopping street, with two convenience stores nearby. There’s also a parking space available. The property itself is new, clean, and well-organized, with a cozy modern Japanese design that makes you feel instantly relaxed.
