We had a Deluxe Suite with kitchen. The whole room was dirty and with major plumbing problems. I don’t know when the last time the floors were cleaned. Almost no storage and a broken dresser, no cooking ustensils to speak of, the grills outside were unusable until we complained. The maids did the strict minimum but did it well. Great lack of proper maintenance inside and out. Too bad, the location is great…

Strong smell in the rooms; tiny washroom, no cleaning during our stay. Air conditioning stop working every 15 minutes…Perfect location. Won’t return
