« Fantastic gym and roof top pool area. This is a family hotel so yes kids are present. Used washer and dryer, super helpful and we paid for daily breakfast which was a awesome selection of Asian American. Lobby on 22nd floor a different layout but hey. Super modern clean hotel with the young techs. Lo wd the country side and quiet fun of this area to hang. How was simply amazing and room serviced daily. »

« Unfortunately, my stay was not very comfortable. One of the biggest issues was the bathroom's sliding door. It would not stay fully closed and kept sliding open on its own, which was quite inconvenient. I would especially not recommend this hotel for couples who value privacy. The soundproofing was also poor. The walls seemed very thin, and I could clearly hear the woman in the neighboring room walking around in high heels, which was quite disturbing. « We stayed for 5 days. Staff went above and beyond when my husband lost his phone. They helped us translate everything in English, helped us get a taxi, helped us locate the police station, laundromat. They also have free water and soda everday. The hotel is close to everything even the subway station which made it easier for us to go to our destinations. »

« The first room we booked smelled like sewage, but credit to the front desk for giving us a replacement right away without any trouble. However the replacement room had oddities such as a hard photo album of a previous guest under the bedsheets, which makes you wonder the last time the room had been cleaned.
