« Rooms are cleaned every other day. Our room was not cleaned on the first day that it was scheduled to be cleaned. On the day that the room was cleaned, we were left with one hand towel for two people in the room. Those towels are already very thin. »

« Stayed one night and discovered bed bugs in the room multiple live bugs on the bedding. Had to pack up and leave. Disappointing, because the location and everything else seemed fine, but a bed bug infestation is a dealbreaker. Hope management addresses it. »

« there was a terrible smell in the room. It was supposed to be a non-smoking room. I'm not sure what the smell was. There was no dresser. The chair was a little metal chair with a torn seat cushion. Otherwise, the room was barren. The air-conditioner was pulled apart and and unplugged. When we went to plug it in the plug was awesome all apart and unsafe. We never tried the TV, but hung our clothes on it since there was nowhere else to hang them. There was yelling all through the night and dog...

« The breakfast included was nice. The room was clean. The drain in the tub and the sink backed up and pooled water. The indoor pool was very cold- my son would not even swim which is rare. »
