« La gentillesse du personnel »

« The place is beautiful, and the sights are amazing. I especially loved the incredible view of the volcano. However, what I didn’t like was the bathroom.

« A very nice hotel; the location is perfect, and the staff’s service was exceptional. The only issue is the maintenance of the property. There was a lack of cleanliness in the rooms. »

Instead as the sun went down, we were greeted by a guy with a flashlight which seemed to be telling us he was the night guard and told us to yell his name if we heard anything. He was very friendly and I could tell he had a great heart, but because there were no...
