« We had a smooth early check-in. Property manager was great about meeting us in the middle of the night to check in. We had a lot of privacy and space in the house. You didn't feel on top of neighbors. The walk to the beach was super short and easy. The extra kitchen space came in handy for cleaning fish and storing them in a separate fridge. There really is only one shower but it worked fine for us. Very layed back vacation and very enjoyable 🌞 »

« Accommodation was a bit tired, probably from use and climate. Appliances: toaster was prehistoric but worked (sort of). Dishwasher wasn’t good at all. A light fixture outside on kitchen level was dangling. A lamp on kitchen level had bulb basically dangling. A/C for lower level worked but was loud. Dangling cupboard to garbage cans. Chipped rocks glasses. Backsplash was worn/stained. Location was great, both w/r/t beach and restaurants and stores Overall quite happy with the week. »

« Nice quiet location with bay view. We watched bald eagles from the East facing deck in the mornings. Great communication with the rental company. We would definitely use them again. »

« Was a great Vacay! Did find out that the batteries for ceiling fan were kaput, there was no cutting board, and the toilet refilled it's tank about every 25 minutes! A LOT of stairs. My calves were burning by the time I left. »

« Our stay at Howl at the Sea was delightful. The place was clean and so attentively decorated. You can tell the hosts put a lot of time and love into the place. Speaking of the hosts, they were wonderful. They made it easy for us to check in and out. They were always kind and responded quickly to all of our questions. Great water pressure in the shower. The outside space was also really great. »

« What a cute little cottage in a nice, quiet neighborhood! The location was good, just a couple blocks (5 minutes walk) to the bay for sunsets or kayaking and same quick walk to the beach public access boardwalk. The cottage feels private, surrounded by trees and has a cute yard with trees. The home itself has two small bedrooms and one small bathroom. I think it’s suited best for one couple’s getaway or two friends staying together. Otherwise it may be tight quarters with the one tiny bathroom....
