« We arrived late to the hotel on the final night of vacation and after just over an hour or so, learned that our son had passed away at home. We quickly got our things together and prepared to leave. The clerk was the first person we saw after receiving terrible news and they were very compassionate and kind in our pain and sorrow. I will never forget that. »

Room key was only loaded for one night, had to have it reloaded. Tried to use back entrance on second day and wouldn’t open it
Towels are paper thin, need to invest in better quality linens.
