« We loved our stay here! The room had a beautiful view of the ocean and the bed was very comfortable. The fresh fruit at breakfast was outstanding and they really accommodate any requests well. The staff are so friendly and attentive. The pool overlooking the bay was perfectly cool and a great way to unwind in the hot afternoons. The view is stunning. The tile edging on the pool needs some maintenance but that did not take away from our enjoyment. We'd highly recommend this place! »

« If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. « Nous avons été assez déçu de notre séjour dans cet hôtel. Nous avions une vue sublime sur l’océan depuis notre terrasse en revanche notre chambre était située sous la salle de restaurant et était très bruyante. En plus du manque d’isolation nous avons trouvé la chambre vieillotte et humide (manque d’aération) ne correspondant pas du tout à la tranche de prix appliquée. Le restaurant était en revanche assez bon. »

"Très bon accueil dès l'arrivée en voiture, avec place de stationnement, check in en français, visite de l'hôtel en anglais. Chambres très fonctionnelles avec frigidaire et une jolie vue sur mer dans le batiment principal. Chemin privatif menant à la très belle plage en 7mn de marche. Une grande piscine pour tous ainsi qu'une plus intime adults only. Un restaurant ouvert sur la nature avec produits frais et cuisinée. un Bureau d'excursions et serviettes a disposition pour la piscine. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons SHANA."

"Un coin de paradis au bord du Pacifique. Bel accueil par la propriétaire et le personnel avenant. Site exceptionnel, une plage magnifique et très peu achalandée pour de longues marches et d’extraordinaires couchers de soleil, en plus de la belle piscine. De magnifiques chambres dont les immenses fenêtres donnent sur la nature environnante. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour! "
