« Location of the hotel is just a walking distance to the Hundred Islands wharf area. The breakfast is good. The staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Pillows are huge and bed is comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the hot water was so hard to control the heat. There were tiny ants on top of the table. They have a “no stain” policy on their bedsheet, pillow, towel, or you’ll be charged with a fine. Spa massage was good. Rose gave us an excellent massage. »

« Un beau jardin bien entretenu dans un cadre mi vieillot,mi moderne,ne laissant pas place à une quelconque hésitation quant au choix de la chambre ( dans la partie moderne bien sûr) . Les points à améliorer :
- la propreté de manière générale dans les parties communes : vestiaires piscines , poubelles, salle du restaurant.
- le service qui n'est pas à la hauteur de ce que veut être l'établissement : un certain laxisme et manque d'attention envers la clientèle.
- absence totale de connections...
« The place is nice but the downside is the shower area is clogged the whole time and I saw a roach in the bathroom. They need to maintain the cleanliness of the place. Good breakfast though it would be nice if they offer more variety. Good place to hang out with good amenities like pool table and karaoke. The pool is nice and clean. »

« Absolutely wonderful stay! The resort exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The accommodations were beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The entire property had a relaxing atmosphere that made it perfect for a getaway.
The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. Everything was well organized, and we truly felt taken care of. The amenities and overall experience were excellent.

- 2 coups de téléphone dans la chambre à 3h du matin pour vérifier si j'avais bien prolongé mon séjour, puis malgré ma...
« I believe this has to be the nicest resort you will find in the area. Very updated, clean, well maintained. It has a nice restaurant we used for breakfast and dinner, with indoor or outdoor beachfront ocean view seating. The room and bed are comfortable, with cold aircon, and a hot shower. Even the bath towels are noticeably high end, soft, thick, and smell wonderful. All the details are right at this resort »
