« Wonderful stay! FYI- Maps app doesn't bring up the address. However please take note and print out the details that they give you prior to getting there. Service is spotty in the area. This house is on gravel road and it's secluded. We had a great stay and will definitely rent again if we are back in the area. We enjoyed the corn hole boards and horse shoes for the afternoon wind down. We stayed for 3 days and was able to see all the New River gorge areas in these 3 days. No hiking just taking...

« I booked on June 30 to check in on July 3,2026. I sent a message after booking asking whether there is a range in the property as the photo did not show. No response, no check in instructions until I called the host at 3 pm on July 3. Good we got access toProperty immediately. However it felt like entering a sauna and had to switch air conditioner and leave the property until it gets cooled. All faucets are marked wrong in bathroom, red is cold water and blue is hot water . The mixer in the...

« Our trip was such a great experience! Our host was very informative! The place comes with pretty much everything you need! Very clean and nostalgic to “ simpler times”. Very close to the river where we caught some fish. Bedding was clean and so was other furniture. Very relaxing and quiet spot to stay “ other than the railroad at some times LOL” but such a great place to stay and at the price. Very kid friendly as well! If you’re looking for a relaxing stay and just a great get away trip this is...

« We check the bed wherever we stay don't care it is what we do. In that process we discovered that the mattress cover and the box spring is completely stained with blood. which freaked my wife out. I understand that hotels have a lot to do and not all are clean. but that was a little much. The hotel is old and been updated several times over the years. But you can only do so much. Just disappointed that it was that dirty and at least on the outside not that clean. the rear lot was empty but can...

« The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast. Otherwise, it is absolutely awful. The rooms are dirty, the furniture is stained, and the hotel is clearly not maintained. We had to request a room change as the first room had a pungent, musty smell as if it were recently flooded. Upon leaving I asked for a receipt to show that I had not made any incidental charges to the credit card authorization they took. I literally had to argue with the front desk representative to get one. This...

« My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. A car was parked just a few feet in front of the window, making the room feel uncomfortable and offering no proper view or privacy. The noise was also unbearable, making it difficult to relax. There was no TV in the room, which was another major disappointment. To make matters worse, the staff was unresponsive to our requests and showed little willingness to help. Overall, the poor room conditions, excessive noise, lack of basic amenities,...
