« We had such a wonderful experience here. The resort is beautiful, perfectly maintained, and truly an oasis of peace and calm. Our room was delightful and very clean, with a large comfortable bed, quiet air conditioning, and a lovely bathroom with an excellent rainfall shower. « We enjoyed our stay at Kay Jay Palms. The rooms were spacious and very clean. A/C and fan combo kept the rooms cool in the day and night.
We had breakfast and dinners there. The portion sizes were much more than we could finish.
It is 5 min drive from Pasikuda beach which was very convenient for beach days in the morning and the ability to change before other activities in the afternoon.

« When I arrived I was told the hotel was closed. I took pictures to prove I was there as I had already paid through Expedia. I then had a âneighbourâ show up to âofferâ alternate accommodation at a very much more cost! The hotel is on a back street and when confronted with having to find an option on the day when I was hoping to visit the palace I conceded to the higher price. This was classic âbait & switch! Do not ever book this hotel!!!! »

Nya hotellÀgarna hade informerat Hotels.com om detta men gamla namnet lÄg fortfarande ute och dÄ med info att det fanns frukost och restaurang. DÄligt av Hotels.com!! Nya Àgarna var ÀndÄ vÀldigt hjÀlpsamma och ordnade frukost och tog oss till en restaurang pÄ eget initiativ. Hotellet heter numera Monkey Garden och har vÀldigt enkla övernattningsrum. »
