Cabanes à Parc National de Chobe

« The lodge is ideally located in central Chobe National Park (preferably access with small plane at Savuti). Great for day safari trip. The GM couple is extremely caring and the staff very attentive to your needs. It's an amazing place. Prefer to go on dry season, as during wet season (Jan-April) animals are more difficult to see and some roads are flooded »

« Great camping spot . Staff extremely friendly and accomodating . Our Guide BK excellent friendly and informative.Food camping style . »

« Parking facile d’accès, enregistrement rapide, disponibilité du personnel »

« Very good location with beautiful river view! All the staffs are friendly with smiles. Although there were always big groups of tourists but we’ve been treated well at breakfast and dinner though we were just 2 of us. But the problem was the maintenance. After soaking in the bath just after 9 pm, I tried to have a shower but no hot water came out. No matter how long I waited, nothing happened, so I tried to ring reception—only to find that the telephone cable had come loose and I couldn’t get...

« We had an experience of "smart in a hurry" when we experienced that they were more interested in making money than in serving the customer. For example, in the middle of dinner, the lodge manager comes and charges for the stay, which is completely unacceptable and it completely ruined our dinner experience. We had to insist on first paying upon departure. When we settled the payment upon departure, he charged the entire amount for the stay, despite the fact that we had paid the amount on account...

« Nice property and very friendly staff. They went above and beyond. The food was great too. »

« Ouiii et le gérant Lolo très amical. »

« A fabulous place with the most friendly and accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Our guide was the most knowledgeable man who knew the name of every bird and animal we saw. He could spot the smallest bird at the top of a tree whilst driving. He found us our first Leopard - amazing. My husband managed to lose his phone and the guide was able to track that in the bush as well!!! It was a long day with two drives and we were there for 5 nights which was maybe one too many. We have...

Vriendelijk personeel. Once of a live experience ! »
