The attention to detail at check in is poor and the link to more information on checking in was not helpful. With the help of some residents of the building, we were able to make our way to the correct entrance. The studio is comfortable. Some things that could be improved: adding a toilet paper roll holder, not providing a years supply of salt. The balcony was a nice space, but the view from the balcony is of the side of the building and not the castle.
