The room and view were Lovely and the staff was very helpful (even though my room wasn’t ready and it was past the 4pm check-in time). After going to sleep, I was awoken in the middle of the night by a very loud sound I can only describe as a wind tunnel…I was awake most of the night because of it. In the morning I asked if anyone had complained and was told maintenance would check. It wasn’t a motor cycling or any other...
