« The location is nice, the pictures on VRBO show it to be somewhat nicer than actual. The inside needs a little work and is dated somewhat but not terrible. Only issue I had was not receiving the entrance instructions via email so had to reach out to owner a few times. He did get back to me quickly but did respond like he was a little irritated with me asking. Outside of that the place is clean, has a great view, furniture is all new. So if you are looking for a spot close to beach and near alot...

We gave it an overall 4 star rating only because we were on the first floor and could hear everything going on above us. We had the misfortune of having very noisy people above us. « Our family had a great time at NMB and enjoyed our stay at Atlantic dunes. There needs to be some updating done to the bathrooms and kitchen. Hardware in bathrooms were dirty and gross looking and the master bathtub jacuzzi needs to go. It is so high to get in/out of to get a shower, it’s dangerous. Also, the property states it will sleep 12 and it does, however 12 people in that space would be cramped. We had 8 and it was tight but it did not spoil our time! Kitchen is a glassy kitchen and...
