« The room was not clean. After telling the front desk thr came to the toilet. But after being in the room saw how the sheets were not clean bins not emptyed dust everywhere. Restaurant service was terrible. The food i ordered was raw. Even after waiting 1 hour for the food. Overall very disappointing. I have stayed at the town lodge many times but this time was terrible »

« Very quiet and friendly staff. »

« Well-located, but definitely a 3-start. Staff unwilling to make accommodations - electrician came late at night and instead of putting us in another room, we had to wait around while he was working in the room. So not really client-focused. Shower in room was walled off with rhino wall, missing a door completely. No basin in area of shower, had to use basin under the staircase where the toilet is. Spacious though. Cant use the TV as it is blocked by the refrigerator. »

« It is an excellent Guesthouse, home away from home feeling. Very friendly and helpfull staff with everything you need and they are very helpful. The breakfast is value for money and definitely 👌!! Will always book in at Pebble Fountain when we need accommodation in Pretoria. »

« This was the worst place I have ever stayed at, nowhere near what is advertised. Under new ownership who says she is being scammed and does not paid by Expedia, Does not receive bookings, has no airport transfers, no towels or soap, no breakfast, the place is very old, only one broken lamp in the bathroom, other lights do not work. Expedia please investigate this place. »

« Loved the wood finishes, clean, comfy and bedding lovely to dive into (it was winter so could not swim, will have to revisit in summer👏👏). »

« superb villa and excellent service Very good restaurant at reasonable prices Highly recomended »

« that was a nice stay in pretoria except some problems. these were not because the owners of the house but the house itself, because it is a nice old hpuse with a lovely garden, it has some issues with the oldness. I stayed in May and it was really cold inside because of the high ceiling and also isolation is not well in the windows because they are so old also. there are heaters in the room but one of them was not working. lights are not properly working in bathroom, floor was noisy because of...

« What a delightful B&B which is certain to become a regular for me and my family. »

« We booked 2 rooms as a family and were really impressed. We’ve been to other 4 star places and were so dissapointed. This place is impressive. Good food, friendly staff, really clean with lots of extras. We will go there again. And a nice spacious parking area. Very safe enclosure. »
