« The bar closed early, closed at midnight and last call 11:30. At 11:55 asked a full room of people to leave. Also, coffee bar charged us double for coffee and then didn’t know how to reimburse it. »

« The room was perfect, staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!! The only reason I rated the amenities so low was because of the pool. The pool was disgusting. I have never seen a hotel pool in that state. There was something large and furry floating in a filter that kind of looked like a dead mouse? I’m not sure that’s what it was but it was awful looking and as I swam closer to inspect it, an oily sludge came from that filter. The front desk was quick to call maintenance but...

« Every thing were great from room to breakfast and staff were amazing except we were expecting the pool to be opened as there was no mention of it being closed when we made the booking. However,, we still enjoyed the stay and definitely will recommend the property. »
