« Where to begin… Pool & hot tub were out of order (I phoned prior to booking and the staff said they were repaired and functional). It is worth mentioning that this was the main reason for selecting this hotel. The clerk was reluctant to offer a refund, and stated that I needed to contact Expedia to get a refund. « Beautifully landscaped, felt more private than it probably was, rooms were small (we had two queen sized beds, so I’m sure that’s part of it) and the bathroom was even smaller but clean!! Beds and pillows are definitely above average. Check in was a breeze. Very, very quiet which was particularly important to me. I appreciate the assigned parking spots. The only thing I wish were different is being able to get coffee before 9:00 am. »

« We were not told about an extra $100 deposit per room. The front desk was not clear in clarifying this matter. »
