« As soon as you walk in the reception area, it smells fresh and clean.The room was nicely made. My family and I had a beautiful view and could see a mountain. The bathroom door would not open all the way which made it a bit inconvenient. But, the hotel is quiet and safe and in a nice area.The pool was really cold since it's an indoor pool, so we couldn't enjoy it. But, we would definitely stay at this hotel again if we return to Helen. »

« Hôtel très bien situé à Helen. Chambre (je pense rénovée récemment) de taille correcte et propre. Pas de moquette au sol. Les lits sont des lits doubles de 140 cm. La literie est très bien et tous les produits d’hygiène sont disponibles. Le petit plus à 4 est que le lavabo est à l’extérieur de la salle de bain, ce qui est très pratique. En points à améliorer : climatisation bruyante, peu de places pour le petit déjeuner et choix au petit dej qui pourrait être plus conséquents. »

« This place was perfect! Convenient to everything in Helen. You will not be disappointed. I could write a book about how much I loved this hotel for the value. It had great pricing and it was by far the best hotel my son and I stayed in all summer. He visits me every summer, and this summer we stayed in over 6 hotels/motels, this being the last. Helen is the perfect spot for a 2 day to 5 day vacation. There is so much to do in all age ranges. Book this one! There are plenty of other options, but...
