« Top notch service, staff, clean property, new facilities, and incredible food at hotel. Would highly recommend staying here. »

« The hotel is a pretty new one. The room is nice and well facilitated, but the service at their front desk, restaurant, and public area are unqualified--not internationally, very localized, and sometimes rude. They do not offer shuttle service to any nearby spots; as this hotel is very far from the downtown and commercial area in "Binjian district" of Hangzhou City, it is very difficult to get a taxi for the hotel and very high cost to take taxi for every places you go in the city. »

« Staffs are very nice. The hotel is close to the metro station which makes it very convenient. Chinese citizens may show extra documentation(e.g. passport) with name in pinyin if booked by Expedia. »

« I booked Executive Double Room, River View which is the top room in this hotel. They checked me in for Superior Twin Room, City View in LVL 13, when I backed to them and asked, they pretended that they do not understand English. Surprisingly changed my room with one of my friends translation help to a room in LVL 16 not as described in size of 132sqm, a very small room. »
