« C’est un pub avec un billard et nous avons vraiment aimé cette ambiance, vivante conviviale et chaleureuse. Nos deux chiens ont été très bien accueillis. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de chambres et c’est chaleureux. Nous avons dîné et pris nos petit déjeuner sur place. Le service et la nourriture étaient excellents. L’hôtel est à cinq/ dix minutes en voiture du golf de Trévose qui accepte les chiens et qui est un très très beau golf. Je recommande. »

« We arrived at the hotel late and upon arrival had a sign saying under renovations. No pool/spa/gym/food. Room was ok. However interconnecting door unlocked which puzzled the staff as to why we would want to lock it. 2nd night bar then closed and had to request more milk pots as no laundry service/restock had taken place. Overall disappointed with the stay and feel it should be closed during renovations. The resort could be amazing but needs a lot of repairs. For what was a basic room...

« We had a lovely stay here, the lock wasn’t working from the outside but was fixed within half an hour, brilliant! Beds are comfortable and the sofa. A good size cottage the bathroom was abit tight but there are public showers on site aswell would definitely come back here. There’s a park on site aswell, laundry room a bar and reception are very helpful. I did have to drive to places Harlyn beach has calmer sea and was beautiful, few minutes drive away and treyarnon rock pool beach also a few...

« The setting in such a quiet rural location but only minutes from Wadebridge and the cottage suited us perfectly for our purpose for being in the area. We had some queries about the property before arrival and found Sykes support lacking but the house keeper for the cottage was really helpful and was able to help us on 2 occasions with instant replies. « Went to stay there with the family including a baby and a toddler It was the perfect spot ! The house was spotless and really spatious ! Very clean the beds were spacious and everything was extremely comfy . There was even a shared playroom . When we came we had a few questions and Tasha the house manager was answering within seconds by phone . It I had one comment is that it gets cold as such we had to increase the heating substantially but nothing dramatic »

« back of settee collapsed when autistc son on it, i repaired it, but it needs repair it is dangerous. I told sykes NO response very poor. Also implied is 2 minutes walk from beach is 8 minute drive at least. »
