This hotel was gross. The hotel is not cleaned or maintained. There was a large amount of mold in the showers, the carpet was dotted with cigarette burns, air vents had mold and dirt caked on them. In addition, the pool only allows children over 12 years old to swim (which was not advertised in their hotel listing). The WiFi is unreliable and just flat doesn’t work in some areas/rooms. Finally, the hotel staff were not interested in accommodating customer until they became frustrated. The check in desk was a mad house of people cutting in line because none of the staff would move off high-center until the guests became frustrated. The good part is that the hotel is located within a short walk to the beach. There is an on-site casino that I can’t review because we didn’t gamble. It was a pretty terrible experience for a hotel that has a 5 star rating. We had booked for 2 nights but left after our first one.

Great location and sea view but the room needs two chairs and a table in the balcony.
