« I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed to on this one because so many reviews are negative for this little motel! Please keep in mind that it’s a MOTEL! If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. I have zero complaints to list! »

« We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful...

« The White Oak Cottage was everything it looks like and more! Family friendly, located so close to anything you need for the trip, and is so peaceful and pretty at night when it was time to wind down! Also the easiest access to all resort amenities including the pool and tram down to your own private slip on a beautiful new dock! 10/10 would recommend to any friends and family. »

« We had a wonderful time. Our favorite part was having morning coffee, sitting in the rocking chairs in the screened in porch, overlooking the trees. At night we saw shooting stars in the clearest skies. »

"un accueil moyen mais surtout une cuisine immangeable j ai pris des spaghetti bolognaises qui baignées dans l eau et il ni avait que de la sauce tomate et pas de viande rien a garder de ce repas cuisinier a virer!!!!!"
