« Excellent hostess. Beds in the Family Cottage were comfortable, but a little hard to climb into due to the height off the floor. There was a small stool, but we are old! LOL Would stay again but in a room with lower beds. Susan was great. »

« Staff were very polite. Room seemed clean. Bed was comfortable not too soft or too hard. I was looking for a few hours sleep and a shower while passing through. Bathroom exhaust fan was extremely loud and needed to be replaced. Room door did not have a security lock on the inside of the door. Bottom of the exterior door had big gaps. You can hear the traffic on the main road. I am used to staying at Hilton properties so I have different expectations. »

« The toilet wasn't fastened to the floor, the refrigerator wasn't working, the ac wasn't working until the person pushed a button, the blanket had a cigarette burn in it and it was supposed to be a non smoking room and it reaked of cigarettes. »

« Limited parking and staff not knowledgeable or accommodating for service animals. Several other hotels near by. All of them are a better option. »

« Hotel was very nice. Clean and comfortable bed. Lots of restaurants nearby. The only downside was the noise from the trucks on the highway. »

« I would suggest if you want a clean place to stay this is not it. We had no electricity due to rain I’m guessing.?? The bathtub had mold around it and mold in corner of living area with a dehumidifier hiding it. Spider webs , dirty, blinds broke, the beadboard was cracked all over the bathroom. Then they had totes of clean linens right outside rooms for them to change later I’m guessing that we almost tripped over carrying our luggage. The place needs an overhaul inside and out. »
