« A lot of unhoused, many wandering around the parking lot at all hours. Room service is nonexistent and when they showed up, it was just to drop off towels. Staff is nice, though.
I definitely will not stay here again and do NOT recommend this property. »

Pool on site is not a pool.
Breakfast was not great at all.
Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me »

« This was our first trip with our bulldog. The staff was so sweet with her! Our room was very comfortable and they had treats for our dog too. Everything was clean and the staff was always making sure everything was to our liking. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance too. Quiet area. »

« It’s called the Belmont Hotel on all the travel sites but when you get there, they say through the phone that it’s called Vacasa. This hotel is not open when you peek inside the windows of the hotel and front desk and no one around to assist.
