« This place was great! It was clean and well maintained and we were grateful it had free access to a washer and dryer! The check in process was smooth once we were helped out but definitely reach out if you are arriving prior to 3pm. We got there around 11am and there were no staff present at the front desk prior to 3pm. We waited outside for a bit but didn't communicate about our arrival time so I would suggest calling in prior or sending a message. Overall, it was a great stay! »

« I loved how considerate the staff was with a toddler. We received a toddler specific toothbrush and slippers, the crib was set up and ready in our room prior to us checking in and they had child friendly plates and utensils. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We really liked the door that separated the bed area from The living room area. Location of the hotel was convenient within American village.
