We also had a spill on our bed and asked for a sheet change. I was under the impression room service was available but when we returned the sheets were waiting for us to change the bed ourselves. »

« One downside in my opinion was that the tvs screen share was limited to music for iOS devices. We also had issues with neighboring units. One whose dog was howling throughout the day and another unit that allowed their young children to play and scream at 6 in the morning.
None of this the fault of the property. Just unfortunate for our stay. The room itself was great. The jetted tub was really nice although we did wish we could get the water warmer. The shower was really nice, the instructions...

« The hotel could use a face lift, hall carpet was heavily stained. The door at the end of the hall slammed closed so loudly it woke us up (our room was at the end of the hall by the door). The bed was so firm that my back had spasms the next day. The lady that checked us in spoke so fast we barely understood what she was saying. »

« The room itself was clean however pretty much everything else was disappointing. The pool area had no air so it was hot and musty smelling, plus the hot tub was roped off and said permanently closed. The pictures posted of the hotel are obviously very old and not recent pictures. There is also a hidden $100 hold they put on your account when you check in that doesn’t get refunded until 3-5 days after check out. »
