« The water heater has hot water fir maybe 2 minutes. I did report to the front desk. They seemed to try to fix it, but it did not get fixed. When I checkedin, the shower floor did not drain. It lookedlike my room did not get cleared it was supposed to be. They cleaned ny shower next day. The breakfast was about between 6 and 7 on the scale 0f 10. Maybe closer to 6. « Super Hotel, vorallem die große (ehemalige Tennis-)Halle mit vielen Möglichkeiten für Babies und Kinder zum Spielen (Bällebad, Hupfburg, Klettergerüst, Arcade-Spiele, Trampolin, ...). Unterirdischer Gang zur Therme. Hotel und Spiele-Halle ist sehr sauber gehalten, im Zimmer gibt es auf Wunsch alle nötigen Utensilien (Wasserkocher, Babyflaschen-Wärmer, ...) für Babies. Einrichtung und Deko ist jetzt nicht super modern, aber sauber und gepflegt. »

« Trotz des Alters der Anlage war beinahe alles perfekt. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist lobenswert. Die Mahlzeiten sind von sehr guter Qualität. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war durch die hohen Temperaturen verschärft, die Klimatisierung. Die Zimmertemperatur entsprach nahezu den herrschenden. Außentemperaturen. »

« Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold. »

« Nice stay in Savar, the free Spa entrance was great, the food was nice, everybody can find something he /she likes, the room was comfortable and big enough for three, a balcony on top. Only small issue, my wife detected some spots in the hotel that have not been properly cleaned for some time (a pity for a four star hotel) »
