« J’ai trouvé l’hôtel globalement très bien sauf : - dans les chambres le minimalisme est poussé un degré trop loin ( du café, des amenities, 2/3 attentions auraient été sympa) - le service est vraiment en dessous … une attitude trop branchée pour être sympa. Je suis arrivée seule avec deux gros sacs que j’ai porte seule à ma chambre… soit … mais meme ouvrir la porte semblait être trop demander … à 3 reprises. - le message de texto du check out est trop familier et peu welcome - l’espace piscine...

« Everything was good. It’s a beautiful hotel in a lively area. I will definitely stay there again if I am in Austin. The only problem for me was that they don’t have coffee machine in the room. They have free coffee in the lobby but I don’t want to get dressed and go to the lobby to get my coffee first thing in the morning. For a 4star place I would have expected to have a coffee machine in the room and I assumed they had it :( I should have read the amenities in detail:) also two of the bar...
