Pernera Beach Premier Villa is a brand new, modern and spacious villa in small, gated development just 2 minutes' walk to the Blue Flag Kalamies Beach, one of the most famous beaches in Cyprus.

The ground floor features an open plan living room, dining room and kitchen area as well as a guest toilet. On the upper floor there are three bedrooms and the family shower room. The master bedroom offers a large double bed, en-suite shower and a large balcony overlooking the nearby tennis courts and partial sea-views. The second and third bedrooms are both equipped with a double bed each.

The nearest beach is Kalamies, a white sand beach with crystal clear blue waters next to the picturesque fishing harbor of Golden Coast. Central Protaras Strip and Fig Tree Bay is just 3 minutes’ drive away. Protaras-Pernera offer many beautiful beaches as well as a plethora of good local and international restaurants and a thriving nightlife.

This property is ideally suited for families. No parties or celebrations of any kind and for any reason are allowed without the consent of the host. This is a residential property and we require guests to respect the neighbourhood and keep noise to acceptable and reasonable levels at all times. Failure to observe these rules may result in the guest being asked to vacate the property without any compensation.
