This charming apartment is perfect for a couple or family, located in the peaceful Kapparis area within walking distance to the beach. It’s fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The complex offers 3 lovely swimming pool with a kids` zone and bar, a gym, reserved private parking for our guests, a tennis court. You`ll also find several excellent cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby.

The internal layout is cozy and stylish and has everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. This includes air conditioning, flat-screen TV, Free High-Speed Wi-Fi, washing machine, an open plan kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and a spacious living room and dining area.

Living Room:
The Air Conditioned living room has sofa, High Speed WiFi Internet, TV and dining area. The living room has patio doors that open to a veranda where you can enjoy breakfast on a sunny morning or a meal over a glass of wine in the evening.


Bedrooms:
The two bedrooms are fully air conditioned.

- The home is a non-smoking environment. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash ( Extra cleaning fees to remove odour and stains may be applied if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out).

- We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home, unless agreed upon during the booking process. Please be sure that extra guests leave by 1am. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this as we do not want any issues with our neighbours.

- Do not engage in illegal activities anywhere on the property.
- If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
- Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
- Lost keys will incur a 25€ fee per missing key.
- No eating of food in either bedroom. Guests will compensate the host for any food/ drink stains in the bedroom.
- Gym is NOT included in the price.
- Indoor furniture is not to be re-arranged.
- Pets are welcome ON REQUEST (extra cleaning fees may apply)
