« Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

« This house was perfect for our team to stay at for a tournament. All info on listing is correct and the house is as shown. Tons of space, heated pool and hot tub, huge kitchen and clean. We will gladly book again for our next trip back to Vegas! »

Obwohl das Haus nicht gereinigt war als wir Abends 8 Uhr ankamen, wurde es sehr zeitnah und gut gesäubert. Sehr gute Kommmunikation. Das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. « The house was great for our group of 16 guests! Endless towels and plenty of kitchen utensils. Located close to a Sam’s Club and Walmart, about 15-20 mins to the strip. Had a few minor issues but the host was in constant contact and able to quickly address. Definitely recommend staying here if you have a large group! »

« The property is a little run down compared to the pictures. The sofa was cloth and worn enough that we did not use it. Property was close, but not exactly what we expected from the pictures. Furniture and carpet seemed a little worn. »

« The communication was great. The tenant staying in the home was never seen and everything felt safe in that respect. My friends and I had a great end to our trip in this home located 10 minutes from the airport. The home is a little dated but was clean and provided everything we needed. Would recommend! »

« This has been the second booking I made that the owner had a hot tub that was not working when we arrived, there were many issues with this property as well, many times in the kitchen and living room, refrigerator ice dispenser did not give ice, but clog up numerous times, microwave did not rotate and make loud noises, both showers were very slippery, vent screens were very dirty »

« Perfect stay. We went for an exhibition. Very close to the exhibition centre, airport and the strip. The house was very comfortable. »

« The outdoor space was the point of our trip, was where we spent all our time, and it was great, however, the street noise from Tropicana was louder than expected. The house was very clean, had most everything we needed, but both indoor and outdoor furniture should be updated to be consistent with the quality of the other amenities. We did enjoy our stay! »

« 1 big issue here, I had to come down every time I would go out of my room because my card had been deactivated. Staff said it is because the card was too close to my phone or/and credit cards. I stay in hotels every week and never saw this happened. The room is great but that completely destroys the experience. »
