Overview
Villa Dalia is located in Argaka, Paphos District. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free WIFI and sleeps
up to 5 people (4 Adults and 1 Child) with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
There is a private pool (South-West Facing) with barbecue. Walking
distance to the Beach and Restaurants.
Layout

Villa Dalia is a charming two-storey villa. Outside is the private
swimming pool, sun terrace with dining area and a barbecue. The ground
floor of the villa has a living room with dining area and
fully-equipped kitchen, a twin bedroom and a family bathroom. On the
1st floor there is a beautiful double bedroom with en suite bathroom
and a wide private balcony with steps leading down to the pool patio.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free WIFI. There are patio doors to
the pool terrace.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Villa Dalia has 2 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Sehr geehrtes Team von Agni Travel, Vielen Dank für Ihre Anfrage zum Objekt Villa Dalia. Jetzt können wir uns vorerst an Sie wenden bevor wir uns an Fewo–Direkt wenden. Es gibt leider diverse Punkte die einen angenehmen Aufenthalt behindert haben: 1. Küchenutensilien kaum vorhanden oder stark abgenutzt (Töpfe/Pfannen sehr zerkratzt und kaum zum Kochen zu verwenden), zu wenig Geschirr und alte stumpfe Messer. Da wir gerne selber kochen, gibt es da einen dicken Minuspunkt! 2. Der Poolliegebereich (Kiesbereich) ist durch Zigarettenkippen und Poolteststreifen verdreckt ( sehr unangenehm), die Gartenmöbel mussten vor Gebrauch erst gereinigt werden! 3. Schlafzimmerschrank Erdgeschoss roch sehr modrig, war dementsprechend also nicht zum aufbewahren von Kleidung oder ähnlichem geeignet. Dementsprechend haben wir aus dem Koffer gelebt, was das Wohlgefühl im Urlaub natürlich einschränkt. Leider stank dadurch das Schlafzimmer ebenfalls! Wir mussten uns ein starkes Duftöl kaufen, damit wir überhaupt in dem Raum schlafen konnten. 4. Klimaanlage Erdgeschoss nicht voll funktionsfähig und erzeugte unangenehme Geräusche die das Ein–und Durchschlafen behinderten. Beim betätigen der Fernbedienung ist dann auch mehrfach der Strom ausgefallen. 5. Dusche Erdgeschoss mangelhaft: schmuddeliger Duschvorhang und Duschhalterung defekt! Zusammenfassend würden wir sagen, dass das Objekt im Innenbereichen wie im Aussenbereich einen etwas heruntergekommenen Eindruck vermittelte. Leider hat uns das sehr enttäuscht, da die Fotos einen anderen Eindruck vermittelt haben und wir für diesen Mietpreis einen höheren Standard erwartet haben. Eine Rückerstattung von 10% wäre angemessen. Mit Freundlichen Grüßen, Ralf Steigenberger

Schönes Haus in toller Lage
Geräumiges Haus, schöner Pool (1,05-1,70 m Tiefe). Agentur vor Ort bei Fragen stets erreichbar. Kiesstrand nur 2 Minuten entfernt. Nach 2 m im Wasser dann Sand. Vom Balkon aus kann man den Sonnenuntergang sehen. Ausstattung mit Geschirr und Küchenutensilien etwas sparsam. Straßenlärm manchmal zu hören, aber nicht störend. Inventar in den Bädern ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns meistzeit draußen aufgehalten und auch mal selbst zum Besen gegriffen. Fazit: empfehlenswert!

It wouldn't take much to make this property so much better...
The first impression was not good, but on the plus side arriving an hour early the property was ready for us. The external furniture is jaded and a mismatch of styles. The balcony table was damaged and had a nasty sharp edge on the plastic, and with no parasol it meant that space never got used. The view from upstairs is very pleasant looking west, but if you turn to look towards the sea on the northern aspect you see what appears to be a builder's junk area immediately behind the property. The pool was clean and well maintained, but sadly the decorative gravel around the borders of the property harboured litter/dog ends, and it wouldn't have taken much for someone to have spent a couple of hours cleaning this up prior to the season. Upon opening the door we were greeted with a damp cloying smell, particularly in the lower bedroom, which continually returned throughout our 7 day stay. We kept doors/windows open when we could to help the smell dissipate, but certainly didn't want the disruption of workmen entering the villa and spoiling our tranquil environment. The internal furniture is definitely a little tired, but comfortable enough, although if we were to visit again I think we'd definitely bring our own pillows. One surprise was that the bed in the downstairs bedroom was a double, not singles as advertised. The lounge seating is also not as illustrated on the website. The kitchen is well equipped and furnished, but lacking a small pan. Wi-fi was good throughout the property. As we were only there for a week we didn't benefit from any maid service, although one of the cleaners visiting an adjacent property did pop round half way through to see if there was anything that we needed, which was kind. We had a couple of issues which required us to contact the agent: I called the UK office to mention that there was no hairdryer as advertised, and to be fair a new hairdryer was sourced within hours. At the same time I had asked if a second front door key could be provided, but this never materialised. On one occasion we had an electrical outage so I rang the local office, and the engineer was out and fixed it in 15 minutes flat. An excellent response. We found some delightful eateries in the area, but sadly only one within walking distance, and the local beach bar mentioned on the property website appears now to be derelict. Overall we did enjoy our stay, but it could have been even better with just a little more investment & TLC.

Lovely quiet setting with lots of privacy
Lovely villa with good views in a quiet corner of the island! Property is well equipped with the advantage of uk plug sockets around so no need to worry about travel adapters! Only thing that lets the place down a little is soft furnishings. They are a little tired abs sofa and chairs are stained and look grubby. This is the only reason we haven’t given this 5 stars across the board.
