This brand new, eclectic 2-bedroom apartment with warm colors and cozy interior, is a superb accommodation choice for a solo traveler, a couple or a family. Executive Harbour Suites is a non-smoking, fully furnished 2-bedroom apartment in an astoundingly central location, close to Paphos Harbour and includes a flat TV, one bathroom with shower, and an equipped kitchen with a fridge.

Guests have access to the entire apartment with a specific passcode for the main door, which will be provided to one day prior arrival

This neighborhood is relatively touristic and offers a wide range of different activities to do during your stay. A relatively quiet and busy area, rich with a selection of restaurants and shops. You can enjoy a stroll in the most popular and busy location of Paphos.

The studio is located very close to the pedestrian road loading to restaurants, bars and shops. Tourist attractions and the Medieval castle is walking distance. Kato Paphos is a great choice for travelers interested in ancient landmarks, history and harbours. Tombs of the Kings is 3.5 km from the apartment.
All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 20 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest. Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
