I've stay in hotels all over the united states and this was the first who asked you to pay an additional $30.00 an hour if you requested a late checkout! I thought that the hotels are in the business of providing hospitality, they most definitely are in the wrong business! »

« The whole place should be shut down the pool was closed because of health inspections and my bed was broken and I woke up and ants were crawling all over me I have pictures where I had brought food back from breakfast went to bathroom came back ants all over the food after I woke up to a few crawling on me sleeping I took pictures too showed front desk supposed to refund something we’ll see. »
