« This property was a great place to stay when visiting Bryce Canyon National Park. Located on a beautiful ranch, The Barn was nicely furnished with a well-equipped kitchen, and an easy check-in process. The only issue that we encountered during our stay was due to the “motel style” of the building and the fact that there was a shared wall. Unfortunately, it was not as quiet as we had hoped—it was quite easy to hear the guests next door (who stayed up much later than us) and their bed seemed to be...

« Such a quiet and lovely place to unwind and do some stargazing. Really nice kitchen with new appliances and dishwater, beautiful tile throughout, and super comfortable beds. Very close to both Zion and Bryce, and other natural spots. The cattle and the horses came up to the fence close to our place, and the pinto enjoyed a good scratch under her chin. Loved it all! »

« 100% comfortable, modern, and well put-together. After hours and hours of exploring and hiking in the parks, this is a great spot to call home base. Very quiet little town, but once you gather any supplies and food for your stay, this is a perfect spot to recharge and get ready for the next day's adventures. The host is friendly, with the perfect amount of communication to help make you feel relaxed and cared for. »

« all was good just no wi-fi. i just dealt with the staff on this. i was told to call IT and spent 90 minutes on hold.before givimg up. i even entered my phone # so they can call me but this option did not seem to work. Had i known no working wifi, i would have booked elsewhere. my 9 year old was not happy with the lack of internet. »

« The host was very accommodating and quick to respond. It was very nice to have a pool and hot tub on site that we had access to. Our only complaint was that the upstairs neighbors were constantly walking back and forth for hours starting really early, but as soon as we reached out to the host they had someone address this. I only wish I had reached out sooner. Overall a lovely place that we would book again. »

« Property was excellently furnished. Roomy and spacious. Communication was great. One drawback was there was no temperature control in what is a basement apartment. Could also have used nightstands and lamps in the bedrooms. No hangers in the closet. Overall it was a good stay and would recommend. »
