« The host responds to your inquiries promptly and is very accommodating and considerate. »

« The shops nearby is convenient. The problem with the kitchen is only 1 outlet is available. Had to unplug the ref to be able to use the microwave, toaster & portable stove. No bath soap was provided. The roll away bed was not comfortable to sleep on. Had to stand on the bed to adjust the fan(that is a safety issue). No kitchen utensils (knife). Smell coming out of the bathroom is a health issue. Since there was no AC it was very uncomfortable to sleep even fam was provided. »

« The unit was clean, the lady on check in was very nice and friendly. It was perfect for a family and parking was shaded. The reliable hot water was a nice touch, WiFi strength was ok and although not adjacent to malls or national restaurants - it’s close enough to drive. Also very close to Tondaligan Beach and the Catholic Church. The minor caveat was they didn’t know I made a reservation but luckily the unit wasn’t reserved for someone else so we waited a bit for the unit to be readied. »

« When we first arrived, the road to the hotel was torn up and in horrible condition. The individual at the front desk was surprised we were there even though we stated we had a reservation. The elevator was not operational so we had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (the security guard helped). On entering the room, there is no AC (which was expected because it is Baguio) but there were no “ceiling fans” as stated in the description or floor fans available. There was also no microwave as...
