Beachfront Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in great shape and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided in the cabinets and beds were very comfortable. About the only negative which was a small one was that the balcony floor could have been cleaned better.

Great place to stay!

The check in was very simple and when we arrived the condo was just as described on VBRO. Very clean and had everything we needed. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next stay!needed.

The balcony was spacious. Rental was well kept and well stocked. Property management was easy to work with. I would recommend this condo, management group and resort. Thank you for a great experience.

great condo with everything you need

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was spotless and has pretty much everything you're likely to need. Seriously, I don't think you'd need to bring anything for the kitchen. When we had to reach out the response was prompt. Bed is very comfortable and it's a king so there's plenty of room. The loungers on the patio are different than in the photos and the new version could really use some cushions but it is still an easy 5-star condo on the beach. The beach services (loungers and umbrella) are included and they are ready and waiting on you by 9am. If you're wanting clean, well stocked, on the beach, nice balcony, and easy access to the beach, this is the spot.

Beautiful rooms with everything needed for a three night stay. Weather was great too! Will rent again for sure! Out contact person was attentive and ensured we lacked for nothing.

Nice condo!

Overall, a clean condo. A little deep cleaning under the beds could be done, but condo was in great condition. Perfect size for 2 couples. Pool is small and the parking deck is very tight. Only having one assigned parking space and two couples with their own cars was not ideal. Overall, great stay.

Great as always the service from Mr Johnny, Adam,and Riley was excellent. The views were amazing everyday for the 2 weeks we were there, we enjoyed ourselves , the room was lovely and it’s our second home for the last 12 years we will definitely be back

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed at Tropic Winds unit 1006. Check in was a breeze. Staff at Greta’s Beach Rentals were very pleasant and helpful. Convenient reserved covered parking space. The unit was nicely appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable too. Only complaint was it needed new bed pillows. We enjoyed the covered patio and plenty of seating out there. Nice beach view from 10th floor. The free beach service was great. Will certainly consider staying here in a return trip.

Beach service was also great and kids enjoyed the pool. Note to others bring your own TP, paper towels and detergent. We’ve never stayed in a rental that did not supply TP and laundry detergent.

Had a nice stay. Could have been a little cleaner and reported a constantly running toilet that was never repaired. Noise from that was annoying, but overall had a great stay. Jennifer was very pleasant and helpful.

It was great.

A fantastic condo! The following suggestions may be a bit picky.... 1. Extra TP and dish soap would be great. We had to get our own. 2. No hair dryer. 3. A ceiling fan with a strong light on the balcony would awesome so games, cards, etc . could be played in the evening. Probably being picky? Bottom line: I would go back and I recommend that condo as well as Greta's.
