Tropic Winds 3 Bdrm, Remodeled Low Floor Beachfront Condo, Free Beach Chairs!

Our elegant beachfront luxury condo is on the 6th floor with breathtaking views of miles of pristine white sandy beaches and emerald green water. The condo also offers FREE beach chair service setup daily for you and your guest, seasonally March 15th to October 31st. The service includes two cushioned chaise loungers and one umbrella.

We offer 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths, including two king beachfront master bedrooms that open to the balcony plus an additional 3rd bedroom that holds two queen size beds. All bedrooms are equipped with high definition flat screen TVs. You will find your own private bath with beautiful upgraded granite counter tops for your ultimate luxury experience off of each master bedroom. The tiled floors flow endlessly through out the condo and all the way to the balconies edge, practically bringing the outdoor views inside.

Our contemporary condominium has a fully equipped kitchen with upgraded granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar area.

Spend quality family time in the spacious living room that was designed with luxury and comfort in mind. Relax and watch the large High Definition flat screen TV. Free Wi-Fi Access is also provided.

FULL SIZE front load washer and dryer are in the unit.

Last but not least, you will find the best balcony on the beach! A spacious gulf front balcony (10'x 42') 420 sq ft for you to experience the most incredible sunsets and beautiful views of the Emerald Coast.

Tropic Winds Resort is a 164 unit, 23 floor property located on the highly sought, west beaches of Panama City Beach, near the prime intersection of Highway 79 and Front Beach Road. Only 12 miles to the New International Airport and 2 miles to Pier Park and Frank Brown Park. Tropic Winds has 330 feet of beach front property for you to enjoy the pristine sugar-white sand, emerald waters and warm gulf air.

Some of the wonderful amenities you will find for your enjoyment are free beach service, indoor/ outdoor swimming pool, steam room, hot tub, sauna and fitness center. A spacious patio awaits you to come relax and enjoy the sun.

Our condo offers one reserved parking space conveniently located on the ground floor under the building and close to the elevators. Additional parking is available across the street. You will find this condominium offers many wonderful features to fit all your vacation needs. All vehicles must display a parking pass on the dash or mirror. The first vehicle parking pass is free. An additional vehicle parking pass costs $40.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a NO SMOKING property, not even on the balcony. If you are a smoker and intend on smoking at the condo, do not book this property. The Occupancy Limit is 8. If you need to sleep more guests, please book a larger condo. No air mattresses allowed. No parties or large gatherings permitted. Quiet hours are to be observed. Pets ARE NOT allowed. All policies are STRICTLY ENFORCED. Property manager is on-site.

Beautiful balcony and condo

We stayed here with our elderly grandmother and our parents. We have two young kids. There was plenty of room for all of us with my husband and I staying in the double Queen room with our kids, our parents stayed in the main master bedroom and grandmother in the other master bedroom. Yes, there are two masters with balcony access and everyone has their own restroom. The condo is updated, clean, and contains really anything kitchen-wise or extras for the beach/pool that you’d need. There’s also a pack n play for little ones that may need it. The pool is small but nice. The building is smaller, so that means less people and the pool wasn’t crowded while we were there, so it was perfect for us. Not too much waiting for elevator like we’ve experienced at some of the other, bigger condos. The beach is beautiful. Our grandmother could watch us from the spacious, gorgeous balcony. (I really can’t say enough good things about the balcony.) We didn’t use the chairs and umbrella service but the option is always a plus. There are also extra chairs in the laundry room for the beach. The location is great, not so close to the downtown craziness but easy to get to any restaurants. I have nothing negative to say! Book it!

Excellent condo and Greta’s Management Company is amazing!

We came for an our son’s basketball tournament and to enjoy a long weekend at the beach. The condo was the best floor plan I’ve seen. So spacious and relaxing. Greta’s Management company is by far the best management company I’ve ever used. Wonderful communication and very smooth check-in and check-out process. I highly recommend using them!!!

Great place to relax!

We love staying at Tropic Winds! It’s a quieter beach and atmosphere. This condo was great. We loved the huge balcony and the two beach side master suites. We did struggle a bit with neighbors around smoking on their balconies, which made our balcony unusable at times but this has no reflection on this property. We wish Tropic Winds would have shut down the smoking a bit better as we saw people smoking a lot on the property. With an asthmatic child this was a concern.

Nice for a quick getaway

Came here with my kids for a quick getaway. Listing is accurate. Nice view from the balcony. Clean. Wasn't loud in the condo at all. Couldn't hear the neighbors. Could only barely hear the people in the condo above. The beach was fairly busy. I ran into car trouble requiring a tow, and I forgot to retrieve the parking pass. They were able to get me a replacement pass faster than I could get a rental car, which was nice.

Wonderful weekend

We had a great visit to Tropic Winds. This condo was clean, well-stocked, and very comfortable. We really didn't wish for anything during our stay (excpet perhaps better beach weather). The condo is in a great location - the beach isn't crowded but plenty of people & families so our kids met other kids to play. The pool was nice too - comfortable to swim even though the wind made the beach too chilly. Great stay and we'd definitely book this condo again!

Best place we’ve ever stayed in PCB!

This was the best rental I’ve ever stayed at in PCB. It was very clean, very large floor plan, kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice. The best part was the huge balcony. Unit was large enough to comfortably fit 6 adults. We’ll definitely be booking through Greta’s again.

Great Property

We had a great time at this property. We stayed for a week, and the unit was perfect for a multi-family group. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. Everything within the unit was higher-end, including the beautiful kitchen, and the balcony was perfection. The only issue we had was that upon arrival some of the towels in the king suite bathroom were wet, and there was sand in the bed, but with a washer and dryer in the unit, it wasn't anything we couldn't take care of. The chairs that came with the unit on the beach were an extra perk, and we were able to rent additional chairs to accommodate our large group. Overall we were very satisfied with our trip and stay. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Updated Condo on the Beach

Condo was exactly how it was explained in listing. Newly renovated, 2 masters with oceanfront view and balcony access. Beds were comfortable. Lots of little extras that made our stay easier (usb plug-ins, ceiling fans in every room, key code entry). Kitchen stocked nicely. Amazing, spacious balcony. Beach chairs are a major plus. It is located on the quieter side of PCB which is how we like it. Asked a few questions before trip and didn’t get responses from the property manager. All in all, it was a great trip!!

Great Stay

Our family enjoyed our week at Tropical Winds 603. Beautiful view of the Gulf....pictures are spot on, very clean & the unit had everything you could need for a week at the beach.. Close to all activities. Large balcony with nice furniture to enjoy the warm breezes. We enjoyed the beach chairs that were included with the rental as well. It was nice to enjoy the hassle free check in and check out as well. We'll be back.

Will Definitely Return!

This condo met every expectation. The pictures and description of features and amenities was 100% accurate. The large, 10' x 42", balcony was a huge plus for our three retiree couples. Each of the beds had a very comfortable mattress. The condo was the cleanest of any place we have stayed previously. We meant to bring a non-stick skillet based on an earlier review but forgot to pack it. One suggestion for the owner would be to add 1-2 non-stick skillets to the good selection of pots and pans. Thanks to the property manager for getting us a second parking pass.

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

This condo is beautiful and clean. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the huge balcony! The only issue we had was that the frying pans were stainless steel and the cooking utensils were nylon. It made cooking difficult. Overall, we had a lovely time and we look forward to a return trip!

Great location, amazing balcony and space.

The condo is amazing with two master bedrooms on either side of the condo with access to a huge balcony. The entire condo seems to have been recently redone and freshly updated. We ate dinners at sunset, had game nights, and enjoyed the sun rises on the balcony. The beach access was so close and easy to get to. The parking garage is a bit tight if you have a larger truck, but Greta’s Beach Rebtals was amazing about getting us a space in the lot across the street. Fabulous week!
