  • Ce charmant studio est parfait pour une escapade romantique relaxante. Le studio central au dernier étage dispose d'un très grand balcon pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur le golfe et surplombant la piscine et le bain à remous. Imaginez-vous en train de regarder le coucher du soleil depuis le confortable patio en coupe en sirotant une boisson glacée. La kitchenette a des comptoirs en granit et est équipée d'un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur avec machine à glaçons, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière et mixeur.

    Le charmant Village aux ruelles pavées, toits d'ardoises, lanternes à gaz, construit en 2005 est situé entre Alys Beach et Rosemary Beach. Devant votre porte, le village propose de fabuleux restaurants, boutiques, vélos, baignades, et est parfait pour des vacances amusantes ou un long week-end!

Constructive feedback includes to add a blow dryer (or inform renter up front that a blow dryer isn't included), attach bed to bedframe, and update the unit (there's a musty smell that reinforces the age of the unit's interior). Clean place in a very quiet area. Great stay!

Property was very cleaned and well maintained.No ammenities other than the pool, which was very nice.Super quiet place to relax and disconnect.Beaches in the sorroundings are private, the rental came with access to one of the private beaches, it was little crowded due to the small available beach area but again nice people. We requested early check-in but was not available / could not accomodate. Overall five-stars for the price, highly recommended.

Overall we loved this property! The room is very spacious, for a studio room. Location is great. Balcony is very big- the biggest on the whole floor. Only complaint is the bed is a little hard and uncomfortable. Otherwise, we really enjoyed this property.

Great Location-Huge Balcony

This property was in a perfect location, very close beach access, and very nice balcony overlooking pool, with peaks of the water across the street. Condo could use a few basic upgrades, ie: throw rug/kitchen sink rug, PILLOWS on bed, updated comforter. Other than those very minor upgrades, this condo was big, and had all amenities needed. The beach chair in the closet was an added plus, as I forgot mine! I enjoyed the balcony very much to do my pilates on, and read, watch sunset. Thank you for sharing your beach condo with me!

Unit needs updating but good stay

The condo itself needs some serious updating. Very outdated, cracks in the floor, bedding is not as pictured in the listing, bed is not super comfortable (could use a foam pad or something). Could use a repaint on the interior and the exterior door. That being said- the unit was clean and the balcony is the showstopper. Very spacious and we enjoyed spending time out there, as well as in the pool and hot tub. The location is also great- walking distance to Alys and Rosemary.

Property owner upgraded mattress which was terrific. However the balcony views of the ocean are now blocked due to new construction. Two of the three open views in the listing are now completely obscured from new development. Maybe it is time to update photos to reflect actual balcony views. Condo has mildew in tub and sliding windows were dirty. Drapes were ripped at the bottom as well as the mesh on screen door.

We were giving dishwasher tablets with no dishwasher but were not given any paper towels or toilet paper. I called and they told me that was their policy. The mattress was firm which was great but pillows should be replaced. Unit was clean. Deck furniture is old and needs to be replaced. Property management company definitely needs to be replaced.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The mattress was replaced after several years of concern about the mattress being uncomfortable. The views from the lanai in the rental listing are now obstructed due to continuing construction in the area. Two of the three open views from the balcony are now obstructed and pictures should be updated to reflect that the views have changed. The lanai sliders were dirty along with the floor. The curtains were ripped and the screen mesh on the screen door was torn.

Not enough TP or kitchen paper-towels. There were only two wine glasses, one plastic, and were not the same size. Husband found the mattress too hard and ended up with back pain. Furniture overall quite worn, but we did not expect a 5-star hotel. However, the welcome mat out front was beyond dirty and worn. Not welcoming at all.

Benchmark property management allowed contractor to have our room code without our knowledge. I spoke with Mckinzie with Benchmark and this escalated this to a management level but we have yet to hear back from them in over a week. Owner knows the mattress is 18 years old and chooses not to upgrade or add a topper stating,"comfort is personal preference" even though many reviews state the bed is uncomfortable. Roaches continue to enter the room daily under the front door or through utility room wall pipe openings and the owner continues to not repair these items. Benchmark who manages the property is great at sending emails but terrible at resolving issues like security, roaches, and uncomfortable mattress.

Benchmark associates allowed a contractor into my rental without notifying me and tried to cover it up saying they thought we checked out. The contractor was given my door access code and even after that Benchmark did not notify me to make a change to my room access code to ensure my wife and I were secure in the rental. Benchmark tried to work around me to get pest control into the space. Benchmark associates did not notify me or attempt to contact me regarding pest control holiday schedule on 12/23. Benchmark associates gave pest control our door access code and did not tell us. We saw pest control pull up at about the same time an associate from Benchmark left the parking lot. I saw that the pest control man had written down our room access code as he was about to enter the room. I had to contact Benchmark to have the code reset due to it being compromised and given to the pest control person. We feel that our security was compromised so that Benchmark could access our space without contact instead of them being up front regarding holiday schedule of pest control. This is unacceptable as anything could have happened with our access code after it was given out while we were still occupying the space. Its hard to understand why Benchmark associates would not have called and discussed the matter instead of the underhanded way it was handled without communication. Security should never be compromised and in this case it was. Bugs and uncomfortable mattress as well.

Great Area, Mattress 18 yrs old, Cockroaches, Sanitary Conditions

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Good - Love the 30A Beach area has so much to do and love the location of this rental. First time in this rental but not in this building. Paint on walls is crisp and cabinets are new but peeling vinyl coverings on most of the door tops. The Travertine floors are terrific touch to this space. The lanai is the best feature of this space with a wide view of the landscape and ocean backdrop. Comfort measures such as HVAC worked great and no problems with doors function. The door entry lock system worked great with no issues. Storage was ample with lots of drawers and closet space to store your items. Bathroom was clean and supplied with toiletry items. The Keurig Coffee maker was a nice touch as well. The counter top is nice granite and the appliances are newer not showing age. The microwave works but a larger one would be better for heating larger items. The lanai furniture was seasoned but still comfortable and a nice touch. The Bad - Some of the disappointing items I found that the box spring mattress set is 18 years old which I investigated after my wife and I woke up with body aches from a lumpy bed. I found live cockroaches roaming kitchen and bathroom areas on several nights. We had no food in the room only ate out. The bathroom fixture has a wiring issue as one side lights up when "on" and the other side lights up when switch is turned "off". The dimmer switch for the hanging light does not dim. The lights in the entry way are miss matched. The hot tub is heated but does not circulate so bugs, debris, other body fluids etc does not get pumped through the system/strainer so who knows how clean the water is your sitting in. The toilet paper provided is the cheapest they could provide and would recommend bringing your own as they only provide one roll anyway. I emailed Benchmark but did not hear back from them on these issues. However Benchmark did communicate well with check in/check out procedures prior to and after stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We did not have a working air conditioner from the time we arrived (7/1) to our departure date (7-4). Nothing was good. Benchmark Management should not be representing this property. My opinion.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Plenty of communication from Benchmark through the entire process. Simple to check-in and checkout. Excellent location, just a short walk to the beach and village shops. Condo had everything we needed.

30A area has lot to offer. Nice views from the patio with good comfort controls. Paint on walls were crisp and a nice. color. Travertine flooring is a nice touch. Storage was great with plenty of hanging and drawer compartments. Door entry lock was easy to use. A large refrigerator along with other appliances such as a Kureg was on site. Bathroom was well equipped and supplied with clean towels.

Since there are no hotels in the area except for one high end one, this one room condo met the needs for a short business trip. Was nice that the unit was within walking distance of the main shopping and restaurant area
