Nous sommes heureux d’annoncer des améliorations supplémentaires pour la saison estivale 2019: nouveaux matelas sur chaque lit, y compris un nouveau lit king size et deux lits queen dans la chambre; Nouveaux tapis; Nouveau mobilier de balcon comprenant 6 chaises hautes avec une nouvelle table de 40 "et une table d'appoint. Prenez vos repas sur le balcon tout en admirant la vue, le coucher du soleil et les sons de la côte.

    Tropic Winds 2209 est l'une des rares unités de coin orientées à l'ouest, à Tropic Winds avec des vues majestueuses de plus de 20 miles de côte. Asseyez-vous sur ce balcon et profitez-en! Vous ne voudrez plus jamais partir. Ce spacieux condo peut accueillir 6 personnes et comprend 2 grandes chambres et salles de bains. Le salon et la chambre principale du golfe-front, avec lit king, jouxtent un balcon surdimensionné avec de la place pour tout le monde. Dors au son des vagues! Le salon donne sur le golfe du Mexique et offre une vue magnifique sur le golfe bleu et émeraude. Une magnifique cuisine avec armoires enveloppantes, un bar pour le petit-déjeuner et un grand coin repas vous offrent tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour savourer de délicieux repas. La deuxième chambre comprend 2 lits queen, offrant beaucoup de confort pour tout le monde.

    Le balcon est suffisamment aménagé avec de beaux meubles et des vues ouvertes sur l'unité de coin. Prévoyez de passer la majorité de votre temps sur le balcon à faire la sieste, à vous détendre et à profiter de la beauté et de la vue sur notre côte émeraude de plus de 30 km. Our stay at this condo was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we arrived, Greta’s staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attention to detail. The unit itself was immaculate and beautifully designed, but the real highlight was the breathtaking view of the sunset from the west end unit —it was truly mesmerizing! One of the most magical moments of our trip was spotting a manatee right off the shore, a peaceful and unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for relaxation or adventure, this place has it all. We can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back for another unforgettable stay!

Last of Summer Vaca

Planned a last vacation of summer getaway….love staying at this end of the beach, my favorite, love tropic winds, great condo, huge balcony, no complaints! We really needed this as my husband had just gotten out of the hospital and was still dealing with medical issues. He had a great time. We stayed in the ocean, shopped, ate, and sat. Saw the most marine life I’ve ever seen here! Just the best time and great condo for a family!

I had a handful of questions prior to renting and the team was extremely communicative. The unit was as described and being directly on the beach made everything so much easier. Riley was super helpful when the fire alarm started beeping and fixed the issue immediately. I would 100% recommend renting from Greta's Beach Rentals and would absolutely rent this unit again.The views were amazing and having a corner unit balcony was so nice. The building is quite easy to get to, only thing is is the parking garage is a little tight but no major issues.Bell carts are provided to easily load in all of your belongings into the unit. Elevators are quick, really didn't have to wait long. Beach service was nice as you'd just make a reservation for whichever chairs you wanted.

The view is amazing. Each morning is filled with wonder of what sea life you’re going to see that day. The bonus it’s on a quiet end of the beach. May 2023 Stay

Girls trip 2023! We had a fabulous time and enjoyed staying at Tropic Winds! The condo was beautiful, comfortable, well equipped, and clean. We even found a regular coffee pot in the cabinet. We found extra beach supplies that we made good use of. There was nothing we needed that we did not have! The beach access was great, no steps involved, and just a short walk. The only thing that I didn't care for was the pool area at the side of the building. The sun was a very short visitor. It disappeared behind the building, and the area was shaded in the early afternoon. The wind was also very strong between the two buildings, so combined with the shade, it was a bit chilly in May. The building is north of the hustle and bustle, so we were able to relax and unwind. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful time!

This condo, TW 2209, was amazing! The views are to die for and it is the perfect location. There is no long wait times for an elevator even with all of the condos in the entire condominium. The pool is excellent also. The condo is stocked with everything you need for cooking/baking! When we walked into this condo-we felt at home! We will most definitely return. The only issue we had honestly was the very hard beds, but some people prefer that-so it really isn’t an issue! We just know for future reference!
