Designed for comfort and relaxation, this condo features modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, plush seating, and Smart TVs in every room. Enjoy resort-style amenities, including a 14,000 sq. ft. lagoon pool, indoor heated pool & hot tub, two tiki bars, a fitness center, and private beach access just steps away. Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, you’re within walking distance of Pineapple Willy’s, Pier Park, Ripley’s Believe It or Not, and more. Whether you're here for adventure or relaxation, this penthouse is the perfect beachfront escape for families and groups alike!

Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire penthouse condo, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the spacious living area, and the fully equipped kitchen. Step out onto the private balcony and take in breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Gulf. You’ll also have access to all resort amenities at Shores of Panama, including the lagoon-style pool, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, and on-site dining options. Parking is available in the covered garage, with a reserved spot on the 3rd floor for your convenience. Entry to the condo is keyless, so you can check in seamlessly upon arrival. You will need to register with the front desk upon arrival for the parking passes and amenity bands.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the heart of Panama City Beach, Shores of Panama offers the perfect mix of relaxation and excitement. The resort sits right on the beach, with easy access to sugar-white sands and crystal-clear waters. Just steps away, you’ll find Pineapple Willy’s, one of the most famous beachfront restaurants in the area, offering delicious seafood and tropical drinks. A short drive takes you to Pier Park, a lively shopping and entertainment district filled with boutiques, restaurants, an IMAX theater, and family attractions. Other nearby hot spots include Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, mini-golf courses, and Signal Hill Golf Club—perfect for family fun!



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance or a short drive from the condo! Walmart is conveniently located across the street for groceries and essentials. Many restaurants, bars, and attractions are just a few minutes away, making it easy to explore on foot or by car. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are readily available for getting around town. If you're bringing a vehicle, parking is provided in the covered garage, with a reserved space on the 3rd floor. For those flying in, Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP) is only a 25-minute drive away.



Other Things to Note:

- Self Check-In: A keyless entry system allows for hassle-free check-in anytime after 4 PM.

- Resort Registration Fee: Shores of Panama requires a $113 fee, which includes two parking passes and up to 10 armbands for access to resort amenities.

- Parking: A reserved parking spot is included on the 3rd floor of the parking garage.

- Oversized Vehicles: Maximum height: 6’11”, max length: 18 ft., max width: 8’6”.

- Beach Essentials: We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and towels for guest use.

- Coffee Lovers: The unit includes both a Keurig and a standard coffee maker.

- Security: A doorbell camera monitors the front door and hallway for guest safety.

- Storm Season (May–October): No refunds or date changes due to weather—travel insurance is recommended.

- Quiet Hours: To respect neighbors and maintain a peaceful environment, we ask guests to observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM.
