All adults must be at least 21 years old.
*Please note this listing is only one side of the duplex.*
Guests may access the whole home except for locked owner's closets. The rest of the home is yours to enjoy!
Our team from time to time will reach out via Airbnb or Phone to inform guest of things such as maintenance.
Pools are cleaned twice a week and a guest may encounter a pool technician doing regular maintenance.
When booking, it is assumed you have read and agree to this agreement. You and your guests are bound to all terms and conditions listed in this rental agreement, as well as the property-specific rules and regulations.
*POOL*
Guests may NOT, at any time, tamper with the pool equipment. This is considered breaking house rules and can and will damage equipment. If a guest is found doing so at any time during their stay, this is grounds for immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
Please note: excessive rain causes pool chemicals to be knocked off balance. Pool & hot tubs MUST be serviced 2x per week. Please do not be alarmed if pool & hot tub maintenance come by during your stay. By booking this home, you are acknowledging these statements.**
1. No smoking inside the home. If you smoke outside, it must be 10 feet away from all doors and windows, and guests are expected to pick up cigarette butts/smoking messes.
2. No events, parties, weddings, wedding receptions, large group “dinners”, or other large gatherings are allowed.
3. No outside guests are allowed at any time. Please contact the host if you would like someone added to the reservation for liability purposes.
4. Children must never be left unattended (Especially by the pool area).
5. Pets are OK with a fee (must be paid) but are not allowed in the home alone without being in a crate/kennel or on furniture or beds. Guests are expected to pick up messes from pets.
6. Recreational activities such as access to Swimming pools, Hot tubs, Beach access, and Beach conditions can not be guaranteed and are subject to several conditions including but not limited to weather, maintenance, etc.
7. The primary renter is responsible for all communications regarding the reservation, cancellation, and damage policies, and must by law be present for the entirety of the stay. Other guests (invitees) are not party to these discussions.
