There's plenty of seating with a queen sleeper sofa, a love seat and desk area with chair. There's a man-sized TV, too. Your rental includes Roku Streaming TV at no additional charge. Bring your computer and surf by the surf with free WiFi internet access throughout the property.

The dining area has an elegant table with 6 chairs and additional seating at the bar so it's a great place for family and friends to gather for a meal. The well equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Pots and pans, dishes, flatware, drinkware, etc. are included with the rental. Best of all, you have an amazing view of the beach while you are on "kitchen duty."

The Swaying Palms Main Suite has a king-sized bed with a private en-suite bathroom. You'll love the views from this beachfront master bedroom! Luxurious high thread count sheets, fluffy pillows and soft thirsty towels are provided for your stay-it's like sleeping on a cloud. Enjoy your own TV and reading nook next to the large floor to ceiling windows. Step into the powder room with a single vanity, high end cabinetry and granite counter tops. There's a large closet for storage, too. The tub/shower combo is great for rinsing off after a hard day at the beach.

The Bent Palms Guest Bedroom has two full sized beds with an adjoining bath that is shared with the great room. The second bathroom also provides a tub/shower combo and single vanity with ample storage space. The bedroom has it's own flat screen TV, too. Luxury linens are provided with your rental. So relaxing!

The stackable washer and dryer are located in the kitchen pantry closet. An iron and ironing board are included in case you need to spruce up your outfits before you go out for the evening!

Parking is available at Edgewater Beach Resort. Parking passes purchased by guests on line in advance directly from the resort and will be picked up when you arrive at the gate. Parking rules and house rules are enforced by the Condo Association. Parking passes are required for all vehicles and all guests must wear wristbands while on property. Vehicles parked in reserved spaces or without parking passes are subject to towing without notice.

The beachfront Lagoon Pool is 11,500 square feet of pure pleasure with four beachfront hot tubs. There are restaurants and a bar located nearby, too. There are plenty of pool lounges for relaxing by the pool. For an additional charge, you can rent a Select Pool Lounge Set or a poolside Cabana with all the luxury amenities. The kids splash pad is available free of charge as well. Each Tower and Leeward/Windward has its own private beachfront pool with various hot tubs scattered about the Tower side. The Villas have pools, too.

On-site services include Ocean's Bar & Grill beachfront restaurant that offers Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, poolside dining, pizza shop, poolside bar and Edgie's Corner Market with Starbucks and ice cream (small shops are seasonal).
