One half of a side-by-side duplex on the peaceful east end of Panama City Beach, it gives a group of up to thirteen six bedrooms, an easy coastal layout, and the kind of square footage that lets everyone find their own corner when they need it.

The interior keeps things bright and unfussy: current coastal styling, living areas that invite you to drop your bag and exhale, and windows that keep the rooms full of Gulf light from morning to dusk. At the center of it all is a fully stocked kitchen with an island and barstool seating — the spot where the day starts over coffee and ends over a hand of cards. (Board games are stashed nearby for the nights that run long.) Each home has its own private entrance and in-unit laundry, so Low Tide always feels like your own place, start to finish.

Sleeping arrangements flex to fit the whole crew. Two king suites come with private ensuite baths for the adults who want to slip away early, three queen rooms keep the rest of the group comfortable, and a twin-over-double bunk room gives the kids a space to call theirs — thirteen guests in total, with four full baths and a half bath to go around.

The backyard is the heart of the stay. Low Tide shares a wide patio with the home next door, anchored by a pool with shaded spots for anyone ready to step out of the sun and a hot tub for slow evenings after the kids turn in. There's an outdoor pool table for after-dinner rematches, grills ready for the nightly cookout, and beach chairs waiting for the quick walk to the sand.

And the sand is the easy part. You're a short walk from the sugar-white beaches of Panama City Beach, tucked on the calmer east end where the Gulf of Mexico meets the Grand Lagoon. St. Andrews State Park is right down the road, with hiking trails, sheltered swimming, and the ferry across to Shell Island — an undeveloped stretch of barrier island where dolphin sightings tend to find you on the way over. The Grand Lagoon marinas keep fishing charters, dolphin cruises, and boat rentals close at hand, while the shopping, dining, and family fun around Pier Park sit an easy drive west along the coast. Whether you're chasing a full day in the waves or a lazy one by the pool, Low Tide leaves room for every version of the trip.

- Exterior Security Cameras: For the safety and security of all guests, this property has exterior security cameras. These are located outside the home and monitor outdoor areas only — there are no cameras inside either unit or in any private spaces. Cameras are not located in areas where guests have a reasonable expectation of privacy.
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.
