Whether you’re here for a romantic getaway or a peaceful recharge, this studio delivers boutique coastal luxury with an effortless bohemian flair.



If you are renting dates from March 1 to October 31, it is highly recommended that you secure beach chair service through Seacrest's exclusive vendor, La Dolce Vita, soon after booking to ensure you have a reserved space on the beach.  On their site, select "30A South Walton," then select "The Villas at Sunset Beach and Seacrest Beach" (your beach is Seacrest). They will request our address to reserve your chairs, which will be found on your rental agreement after booking.  We do not provide beach chairs or other beach gear, as we cannot guarantee space on this private beach.
