  • Sunnyside Beach and Tennis Resort est une escapade tranquille située sur le côté tranquille de Panama City Beach, en Floride. Situ����������e au milieu d'une végétation luxuriante, le paradis tropical englobe 18 acres avec 350 pieds d'eaux émeraude et plages de sable blanc et sucre. Une qualité unique de cette station est notre accès privé à la plage piétonne. Le passage souterrain est un tunnel bien éclairé sous l'autoroute panoramique 98 qui mène à notre grand gazebo et promenade. Les équipements complets comprennent: courts de tennis, courts métrages, 2 piscines (une pour les plus petits), une aire de jeux, une maison club qui comprend: une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite, une table de ping-pong et une table de billard. Chaque unité dispose de cuisines enti����������rement équipées, de patios privés, de plafonds voût��s et de sa propre vue sur le golfe du Mexique.

Amazing!!!

The pictures do not do this property justice. Everything was clean, well organized, clutter free. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable. The property is a short walk to the underground beach access which was a plus. I will definitely be renting again in the near future.

#36 Summyside Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Sunnyside for 20+ years. We loved #36 (our first time in that unit). It is very comfortable, lots of space and well furnished. The location near the pool is perfect for families. My only complaint is the sprinkler system/timing issue. For as long as we have been staying there, the sprinklers are on the worst possible timing system. There has never been a night when we were visitng other condos that we did not get soaked going to and from. Also, one morning I went to the store recently (in the pouring rain) and returned to get sprayed down by the sprinklers while unloading the groceries. I would think the timing could be set for the middle of the night when guests are not outside.

Reviewer Comments: Beautiful complex, wonderfully renovated unit, great location, perfect for a family vacation. The condo was exactly as described. Just a couple of suggestions for additions to the unit: full-length mirrors in the bedrooms or bathrooms, more hooks throughout to hang towels and swimsuits, and a few more kitchen amenities would be great (additional hand towels and dish rags especially). Overall, we all really loved it and would definitely consider returning again.
